  Unfortunately, this will be one of my very rare negative reviews. The pitcher arrived in seven broken pieces. I was told that it hadn't been insured, so only a partial refund could be given. On her page, there was nothing about it not being insured. She wouldn't budge, so I had to open a case, and I did get a full refund. Even worse, she demanded that I send the broken pieces back, even though she had a picture. I'll never buy from her again.
