Very useful pump

I bought this pump specifically to be able to spray a fungicide onto my bungalow roof tiles having previously cleaned all the moss off. I was easily able to cover the roof using this pump in conjunction with a spray nozzle on the end of a hose whilst standing on the ground.
It was so easy to do l am inclined to spray the roof annually to avoid a moss build up problem.
I used the pump driven by a 240V variable speed electric drill and found the l didn't need to use the drill on full speed to do the job.
I can see me using this pump as a means of watering the garden from water butts rather than messing about with watering cans as at present.
Very well made device, much better than the all plastic versions available elsewhere.Read full review

From initial trial the pump looks to work well & beuiing made with a metal case also feels robust.
Comes supplied with nuts & bolts (+ instructions) to fix pump to a wooden base which seems a good idea to avoid risk of drill or pump spinning.

Good quality to match the brand name

Used this to empty a small pond. It worked a lot better than I thought it would. I shouldn't have expected anything else given the brand name, but you never know with modern tools. This seems like it will last years. You can buy cheaper, obviously, but I don't see the point because the difference in cost isn't worth the potential for hassle. Buy a tool that works for a little more money and you've got it for years. And you don't dread using it.Read full review
