This product does all that it says, if you stand on your feet a lot, and have ankles that swell. You will not have any trouble after drinking this product daily. Extremely bitter and not fresh

There are many brands of matcha to choose from. Maybe I got an older bag but this one was extremely bitter and old tasting that turned my stomach. Even tried using a lot of sweetened cream with it and it was gross and I've had good matcha before. Definitely not fresh. Read full review

This is not top grade Matcha but is a great value for the price. Green color is not as bright as the pics on pkg, but the taste is worth the money. Just don't use more than a teaspoon or there will be a slight bitterness. I use half teaspoon and taste is good.Read full review

Just FYI to those interested in Uvernal's matcha powder - the powder is yellowish-green, not vibrant green. The powder is also really bitter, indicative of either old age or lack of L-Theanine polyphenols. Not recommended. 👎Read full review
