The product works great during & after a workout. I sweat tremendously during any training/competition, which means my hydration is super important & intense. I discovered NUUN Hydration, gave it a try, & it worked well for me. It diminishes my super thirst level which helps me to preform so much better. I've tried other products but they did not quench my enormous thirst enough. NUUN has! I REALLY like NUUN! Watermelon is my favor of choice. :) PS I must say that NUUN took some getting use to because of the sizzle (Being in a class by itself). However, it grew on me with success.Read full review
