Easy to use. However, I wish the aperture was bigger because this won't slice medium sized potatoes. Still highly recommend it. Small and compact and stores easily in a drawer.

Compact power horse.

I had to save hard to afford my Bamix. To own one has been a lifetime ambition. To complete the set I bought the SliceSy. I am so glad I did and would reccomend that you do too. I have sliced and grated a variety of vegetables and fruit and have been so pleased with the results. The internal "lifter" makes removing food a breeze. I have made pastry successfuly and finely chopped meat. The powerful motor is so much quieter than my old machine. The family are as impressed as I am.
