It is not smooth when rotating freely. I have 2 gearless ratchet handles made by Tsubakimoto. Those are 25 yo but completely smooth. If "Zero degree" has smooth mechanism, this item is very nice functionally. I striped off the parts of this and accuracy of the parts are not good.Read full review...
