The ZOSI 1000TVL CCTV camera produces a high quality clear image, on my SWANN CCTV system. It has a very good nighttime image, with excellent range. I have purchased several of these cameras, over the past 18 months and in my opinion, they perform fair better in all conditions, than the original higher end, more expense ones. Night Vision ?
Camera is quite good in daylight but the IR illuminator is useless beyond 8ft. Would need to mount at head height to get any sort of picture in the dark. In that case any IR reflectors e.g glass in the field of view would also make it useless. Not really a practical security device.Read full review

Good solid piece if kit but leads are too short
This is an good piece of kit for the money. I've got two of them now.
They're quite chunky and robust and it's easy to set up the cameras to the correct angle.
I haven't actually got it connected to a recorder yet as, to be honest all I use them for are dummy cameras. I've got them wired up to a 12v source so that the infra-red glows so as the camera can be seen to be functioning at night, but I'm sure the image quality will be OK.
My only gripe, and the reason I've dropped a star is the stingy ridiculously short cables that come out of the camera. They should be 10x the length!Read full review

Switchable analogue/digital CCTV Camera
The angle of view is a lot less than the camera that it replaced. It seems that analogue cameras are getting in short supply so having to use what's available. For the thousands of TVL the image is no better than the previous unit. As this unit is switchable to suit digital systems mabe the quality would be better then.Read full review

Easy to install, Good picture Quality and cost effective solution.
This camera was so easy to install, Camera directionally adjustable in housing. Connected it directly into the back of my TV using the RCA video port on my TV. The picture is nice and clear so I can see what's happening in the front of my store while I am in the back, gives me peace of mind. This budget camera seems to be at least as good as the ones supplied with my Swann kit. Only visible difference is the fixed sun shade instead of a sliding one which gives spiders less place to hide.
