Fake Zeiss product
Because they were not as advertised. They are not Zeiss wipes but a copy packaged to look like them with a name of ZedQ. The colouring and design of the box are almost identical to the Zeiss product. Yes they do the same job but at the end of the day they are not what I ordered. I did send a comment along these lines to the retailer but had no reply.Read full review

Just a few of the wipes weren't sealed properly which made the actual wipes too dry to use but apart from that they are great.
