Yale Easy Fit Alarm System Remote Keypad - White (EF-KP)

Excellent Keypad

This is an extension added to my EF-Kit2 to allow me to set or disable the 'home Alarm' (or 'night alarm') when going to bed at night. The 'Home Alarm' mode allows selected sensors to be inactive so movenment around upstairs is not restricted but all the sensors on the ground floor are fully active ready to trigger an alarm incase of a break in.
Activating and disarming the 'Night Alarm' can be done on the master control pane but this keypad makes it easier to use (Bottom control panel for 'Away Alarm' and keypad for 'Night Alarm'). l have located the keypad upstairs so all members of the family can easily set and disable the system as required.
This Keypad is not necessary for all the alarm functions, but it just makes lfe much easier for all members of the family.

The keypad would not energise when battery was connected.
