Great upgrade from traditional 1 inch bars.

Needed something that can handle more weight for deadlifts, as I already have a big collection of 1 inch plates this is a perfect addition. The grip is the same as an olympic bar which so is much more comfortable when the bar is loaded compared to the normal 1 inch bars. Would absolutely recommend this to others who have a huge collection of 1 inch plates and have outgrew the typical 120 kg limit. Great quality bar giving the feel of an Olympic barbell at a fraction of the price. My only minor gripe is that there is no gap in the knurling at the standard Olympic positions, so it takes a bit of time to gauge grip width. So consider this review 4.5 stars!Read full review

I’ve just received this today and had my first training session with it.

Absolutely thrilled! It feels as close to an Olympic bar as I’ve experienced in a standard bar.

I ordered on Friday and it came on Monday.
