I’m a natural skeptic so when I first learn about bee pollen I was unconvinced. I had some knee issue, so my doctor put me through the routine, X-rays, physical therapy and Tylenol. Sadly, no love. During this time a friend recommended bee pollen to reduce inflammation, and I didn’t really notice any substantial difference.
One MRI later and I’m off to meniscus surgery! But the thing is that following my surgery, within just a couple of months I’m nearly pain free! And no swelling. That may not sound remarkable, but that’s because I didn’t mention that I can’t tolerate NSAIDs so the typical anti inflammatory meds weren’t available for me. Fortunately, bee pollen was!
Look, I’m not going to suggest it as a Miracle Cure, and I won’t promise the same results I had, but for $10.00 I gave it a shot and it worked for me!
I’m satisfied and have added bee pollen to my daily routine.
