good product, very quiet. fitting instructions could be clearer, also fitting say's drill 100mm hole in ceiling, should be 114mm for ease of fitting. Would also benefit a clamp to hold cable in place.

Missing Internals - False Promises
I purchased 7 of these for a development project. It turned out that 5 of the 7 unitd had missing fans internally. I contacted The Electrical Warehouse 3 times before receiving a response 4 days ago whereby I was promised the units would be swapped the following days for replacements. This never happened and despite 2 FURTHER emails to them, they have stopped responding.
I will be taking this matter further.
