I have only just started using, I have used Xls products before and they have helped hugely along with making the effort to eat more healthily. Have used the powder sachets before which I can't seem to get anywhere anymore, so giving these a try, I mix them in with a fruit tea which helps to make it taste better, otherwise they are fine to take.
