Needs additional costly software

Will only work with specialised additional very costly design software (cannot run on with standard MS office programs). Pretty useless to me, and never worked

Cannot work for a long time

The item will stop working after about 1 hour working with DisplayCAL. It can still do some fast calibration, but I cannot use it for a long and accurate measurement.
