The biggest drawback is that when mounted outdoors it cannot be mounted in direct sun light. It overheats and stops. ( Cal. Desert Sun ) Works fine in a shaded location.
Once it's set up changing Routers requires a start from scratch approach.

There is no better value in a camera !
It simply works and works perfectly.
Got it out of the box hooked it up and that was that. No problems whatsoever. I love how the app gives notifications versus emails. I can get them when email is silent.

The dаy time video is also nice, the wide angle lens can see a whole room when placed in a corner, also has free cloud storage, no subscrition needed.

I was looking for a camera that provided 24/7 conitnuous streaming to use it as a baby monitor and after trying about 5 models in the market, this on worked for me the best. Audio & Video quality were average but good enough for me. One downside was it is attached to the mounting plate by magnets and does not hold very strong. It easily fell of from the plate while adjusting the angle or plugging/unplugging the power. I very light tug will drop it down.Read full review
