In chemistry, iodine is an isomer for many chemical reactions. It is, therefore, one of the most important mineral supplements in the body,being utilized for a good many of the biological processes that take place in our bodies on a continual basis. Unless we have a diet very high in seaweed, it is near impossible to maintain a sufficient quantity of this precious mineral in our bodies for it's ongoing processes. I ran out of the product recently and have been using Lugolds Solution instead. This product has very strong iodine flavour and is, therefore, quite unpleasant to swallow.
I suffered through this for a short time, but decided that it was time to get the product that I know has a less invasive taste while still delivering the necessary mineral into my body. Read full review

Thyroid protection

Since they took this out of salt and put floride in water, this is the good halogen. Must have ever since 3 Mile Island and Fukishema accident in Japan.
