A simple way to get a lot of sleep analysis data

Easy to set up. Measure where to place the mat under the mattress so it is where the directions say. A minor issue is the fact that Wi Fi and an electrical outlet are needed for the mat to work.

The mat supplements the sleep information gathered by my Withings Scan Watch and gives what appears to be accurate information to help analyze sleep issues. Buyer beware; the Scan Watch does NOT have US FDA approval so has to be bought through ebay or imported from a foreign seller or on a trip outside the US. I do not know how this Sleep Mat will interact with Withings devices other than the Scan Watch.

Overall, a good purchase that will help in a scheduled sleep study at a sleep lab. I suggest you use this Sleep Mat only in conjunction to professional medical advice.Read full review

Real numbers that help

The “install” is incredibly easy on this. Once everything is setup under the mattress and the app on your phone…that’s it. You just go to bed and wake up. Then Boom, you’ve got actual data waiting for you. The snoring and sleep apnea tracking is what I was most interested in and have been very happy with the info so far. Easy to set up, and corresponds to what my sleep study showed

I bought this one for a friend after having such good luck with another one I had purchased. These things are great, and produce a lot of good information which is right on par with what a professional sleep study showed. I highly recommend one to monitor your sleep, but remember that these can not be used to provide a diagnosis for sleep apnea.
