Great cookbook!! Has alot of really interesting recipes. I somehow ordered 3 copies and one of them was badly stained on the cover but I don't know whose it was. Otherwise o complaints. William and Sonoma is a top notch company with fabulous kitchen utensils(I've been to several of their stores..pricely but great. So happy to be able to purchase cook books so economically!
