Haven't seen this series since it was first broadcast. Thoroughly enjoying seeing it again on dvd, about a vet (Stephen Tompkinson) and family emigrating to a game reserve in South Africa and there adventures (or misadventures). Escapism maybe, but beautifully done.Read full review

Excellent series

I love the whole 8 series as it brings you closer to S Africa when you live in Dublin and now you can visit Mara etc on safaris in South Africa so it can become a reality. Its excellent.
