Truly Comfortable Saddle

I'm using this saddle on my exercise bike. The original saddle was very uncomfortable. I'm not a heavy weight and my bum is merely average in size. I read the science on this saddle, was very sceptical, but, at the end of the day, decided I had nothing to lose if I tried it.

It arrives with regular fittings and takes literally ten minutes to set up (including the height and forward-aft setting on the bike) with a decent spanner.

The quality of the construction is obvious when you unwrap it, but I was still just as sceptical about the comfort. However, I have been using it for five weeks now and confirm that it is actually very comfortable. These are a steal

For the price these are good, I'm sure there are better quality seats available but for around £8 it's great value. In fact these are a steal & far more comfortable that the standard skinny bike seats. I even bought one for folding bike as well. I'm using it for few days now; it's quite comfortable on small distances, but for long distances can be slightly less comfy. Wide Cycle Seat/saddle.

As gel saddles go this one isn't to be mistaken for ones that have a full soft surface covering. That said the springs under the saddle are pretty bouncy which sort of helps with the lack of top padding. Size and shape wise the saddle is great and if like me you chose to put an additional gel cover over it you'll enjoy a very comfortable ride.Read full review

Comfortable, reasonable quality - good for the low price

The seat is reasonable quality and the springs add comfort. There are some plastic parts on the underside that aren't particularly robust, that shouldn't matter once the seat is mounted, however if you dropped it repeatedly whilst trying to get it locked on (as I did) it's easy to damage those parts :/ Doesn't really matter as you can't see them, it's just a minor annoyance.
