Excellent unit, Fast ,clear scanning of programed channels.......
A little difficult to program until proper software is installed on computer.
WIN 10 gave a bit of a hassle until proper system corrections applied.
I'm new to scanners so this is awesome when you get to hear emergency system responses as they are happening.
I'm able to hear notices of evacuation due to Fires in Oregon ahead of news broadcasts.

Just wish it came already programed since the price is high but love the scanner overall I was able to program it myself after watching YouTube videos on it! But the radiofrefence frequencies isn't right for my area!! Plus you really need a better indoor antenna than the one comes with it

what do I need to do?
scanner fails to receive any signal on any band , I tried a variety of antennae to no avail, I would like to return item , but need info about return method. a replacement would be acceptable .
