Very nice item ease of use
For the price a very friendly item, pleasant to look at, easy to use, child friendly (safe), won’t break your back when changing out the 5 gallon containers. Very nice LED warm white light. My only minor issue is that it’s can get a bit noisy when/after getting water (automatic pumping) but it really doesn’t last long only for about 5-10 seconds then it goes away pretty quiet overall. Needs to be colder
The cold water is not cold enough compared to the one used previously. It could be few degrees colder but not able to adjust the temperature.

I was a Whirlpool dealer and service tech for 20 years and know what to expect from Whirlpool products. This hot/cold/room temperature dispenser is the quality you can expect.
It is very pleasing to the eye and works flawlessly and more economically priced than some of the through the countertop hot water dispensers that I was shopping for initially.
We use the PH 80/85 alkaline water.
