Quality machine
The cross trainer is sturdy, well made and fairly easy to put together.
The only minus point is the instructions are very basic and sometimes hard to figure out

Not good value for money
The bar is very very hard to put in . I only used for 4 days and it makes very bad noise that is so loud that you can hear it with the headphones on, and it is unstable, the parts on the machine seems like it gonna come off. Read full review
