As described. Works well, need to suck the water up fast so no air bubbles otherwise it doesn't have the power. I find it leaks out the end when full as you pick it up, But does the job as stated. Used to scare cats out of my garden that were killing the birds. Also my boy uses it as a water pistol!!Read full review
