Room used it for definitely warmer in cold victorian house, where couldn't have insulation boards placed as would have destroyed the features!
Its not width of normal wallpaper much wider. because my walls used on not straight ,1875 built, even though well plastered did have a gap at times, had to fill with filler & build up slowly as don't forget its rather thick, bit like thin carpet where didn't join exactly . Make sure you put smooth side facing you whatever . I painted over mine just and came out beautiful perfect . Definitely worth the money.Read full review

Lightweight with great features
Nothing bad to say about this product,it does what it is claimed to do.
We put it in a cold north facing bedroom, then wallpapered over it.
This was done two years ago ,the room feels so much warmer and there are no black mould marks on the paper.
We are now using it in the dining room which has a cold outside wall.
It is expensive but well worth it for the benefits it gives,
Would highly recommend it especially if you live in an old Cotswold stone cottage like us,and can't have cavity wall
insulation.Read full review

It’s a wonderful product, but!
It is a wonderful product and I’ve put it on all my external walls (detached bungalow) my big problem is that my ceilings are 3mtrs tall and it’s a nightmare to hang on your own. Remedy to me would be to make the rolls standard wallpaper width, it’s to wide!!.. Make sure adhesive is room temperature or it’s like spreading tar...Read full review

Heavyweight and tough but
I bought this for a specific application. I had a concrete ceiling cast in bays that were showing bad cracks. This was a true test of the product. This thermal liner is like applying thin carpet on a ceiling. It is really heavy, and if you wish to hang lengthwise make sure your muscles are good! It covers all undulations and is really tough, but its a real triumph of effort to hang on a ceiling single handed. Get some help! You may also need to re-line with lining paper if you want a really smooth finish but it is still preferable to re-plastering and once painted you are going to have a great finish!Read full review

Solution to our cold guest room
Excellent product although care needs to taken with putting in up, aligning and cutting it correctly. As well as providing insulation it also helps disguise uneven surfaces. Should help our guest bedroom feel warmer during the winter as the walls are solid 9" solid brick.Read full review

wallrock thermal liner
product does make better insulation on walls , can be tricky to work with around bends, and a bit overpriced ,but does what it is supposed to do, keeps heat in .and condensation down ,

Easy to use
Thermal liner is very easy to cut and apply. I used it inside wardrobes which suffered from damp. It definitely raised the temperature inside the wardrobes - just touching the walls is warmer. Only fitted it 2 months ago so time will tell if it is permanently effective.Read full review
