It is inexpensive and does the job for me so I have rated it 5 star. How long it will last in daily use I am unsure, the hinges to the compartments being a potential weakness. Disadvantages for some users might be the size of the compartments, which only just accept the largest capsules, and there is no provision for "when required" medications, such as paracetamol, but which, nevertheless, may also have a minimum safe interval between doses.Read full review
