I used it on my husband before the dog, groomer was great (stylist not so good!). Super quiet. Did need to move it all over him (the dog, not husband) while it was off to get him used to it. Cuts good

Cuts good but I guess we let our dogs hair get too long before we try to cut it and it gets all caught up in the clipper. Easier to use with the blade attachments
