A truly amazing product. I had really soiled carpets and this machine has done the best job I have ever seen and brought them up to look like new. It has easily out done the Vax machines I have had in the past and functions and powers ten times better than the leading brands I have used before. A great machine at a great price. No good
Pros: It did wash some of the surface dirt, easy to use I guess.
Cons: It washed just SOME of the surface dirt (it didn't even touch a fizzy drink spill or shoe shine product stain - we did buy a professional shampoo for this carpet washer); water release is so minimal (a few years back we used a VAX and it sufficiently soaked the carpet); brushes barely did anything (maybe because it wasn't wet enough? you can't scrub dry carpet I assume); the noise.... wow... it's like we were sawing the house in half! And the dirty water tank - impossible to clean it, it doesn't open and has many crevices where dirt is hiding, I can see it but I can't get to it.
