Let's start with me saying I'm a female well into claiming my pension. I wanted to ,use a core drill to fit my air conditioner. The 2 well known brands of drill that I have owned for years were not up to the job.

This drill weights a ton! (well not quite but feels like it). I could never take it up a step ladder unless I build some muscles first. It drilled a 30cm pilot hole in less than 3 seconds (through brick). The 6" core drill took a bit longer but hey, I needed a break due to the sheer weight of the drill.

This machine is quite heavy and I would not be able to use it for long periods. However, it does it's job so quickly and well that I did not have any problems with the weight and I am in my eighties. I bought the machine to remove some cement around some windows I was replacing and was struggling with a chisel.
