Pro's are the neck and the stopper. The fastener nut that holds the neck to can did not fit. I had to use the original fastener and their neck and stopper.

Fits my 5-gallon essence can. It is about 1 mm smaller in diameter so it is nearly perfect. What I ended up doing was cutting the bottom of the old nozzle but leaving a little but of length (like a sleeve bushing), flipping that upside down, sliding over the new installed nozzle so that it centers the new nozzle in the screw cap from the top. No more nozzle movement or worry about centering it in the cap.
