Every Kernel Popped

This year I've bought packet seeds from the garden centre & loose seeds like these here on eBay & found no difference in their quality(from this seller) or germination speeds whatsoever :)
After placing all seeds into the same conditions & at the same time(23/05/18) ie standard sized 24 cube garden trays with a propagator cover & then placing both trays into my greenhouse(mini/3 tier) outdoors...all seeds germinated together after just 3 days & without pre soaking the seeds(pushed into the seed compost to a depth of 1-2cm) & lightly covered & firmed down, then watered & left alone "without removing the clear propagator cover" at all.
I even put 2 seeds into one cube & both came up ok(25 seeds)
If you can resist meddling with your seeds whilst they're in the germination stage(especially) - then there's every chance they'll all pop, everytime.
It's only when the top comes off or the door is unzipped on the polytunnel that seeds start to deteriorate.
