OK guys, i ordered this vax on the 9th November. was lead to believe it would arrive on 14th.
but no, i received it with in a couple of days.. and all that was wrong, and the seller did inform me of this, was a damaged box.. let me add it was just a small hole in the box.
The hoover was not effected in any way.
now down to the hoover, what a brilliant invention, its sucking power is amazing and can be controlled,
its really light weight and so easy to use. there are no dusty bags to empty, just unclip the collector open the bottom empty and replace on your hoover. it really is that simple.

I am satisfied with this product. The only minorities it has are two. Firstly, the telescopic extension tube is short for my height and I am 1.77m is good if your height is about 1.60m and secondly it does not have a button to decrease the suction power. Is so powerful that I can't move it easily on carpets. Really is amazingly powerful. The only way to reduce the suction power is from a cover on hose grip and I am using it all the time. It is described as lightweight but I think this is an overstatement.

It is extremely powerful. It is advisable to open the air slot on the tube to reduce the suction, as it lifts the carpet. It is a very well made product and I would recommend it.
