I know that it's been around for a long time - so do I & Van Cleef - but never specific for a certain age group or an era.
It's always been a very nice & well balanced rich blend of long lasting fragrances most suitable for men.
The man who wear it, gives the impression of a sharp & well dressed man with a high taste of his fragrance selections.
The fragrance/aroma doesn't fade away quickly, but it last till your next shower in the following day (or longer) and will still smell like a very nice powdery, high quality soapy aroma which will be an eye opener for you female partner next morning ! I love it. Thank you Van CleefRead full review

Great value as a spray as you use less.

I have been using Tsar for 15 years and I still get women saying how nice I smell. It has a very nice odour andI have not found a fragrance to match. It's a shame it is becoming harder to find. But thanks to EBay I can still buy it.
