Does not recognize 2011 Audi A4 Quatro

Looks good. I used Laptop with Windows Vista. Software was easy to install. Software found the hardware - no problems.
Once connected to my Audi - can't see the car.
I have 2011 Audi A4 Quatro. No luck.

Not working

It does not work with my 2012 Audi A4 as seller stated. Only includes the freeware 409.1 software which will only do up to year 2004 vehicles. Looks like I'll have to get the ross-tech cable.
