I ordered this for an elderly lady, living in an assisted living facility, who already has a resolved pressure wound, and was being treated for another. Having used APPs in my career as a nurse, I knew the value of alternating pressure mattresses and sought to provide one for this lady. I had previously attempted to get one from a vendor on another site, but w/o success (it got lost..), and searched again here, found this one at an ever better price, and have not been disappointed!
