Floor head hard to push round but replaced this with a universal head and now it's easier plus the power is still there. So great value

Good value product.

Seems fine. Don't bother with filling in the guarantee card as Vax don't recognise it since it doesn't come directly from them. That is a waste of time. I can't comment on reliability as we have only just started using it, bit if it breaks down we'll throw it away. Not worth trying to fix at c 40 quid.

Could of been better

Faulty plug which doesnt have screws in so had to refit a new one. I have an old vax that plug did the same also i find my old hoover to be more powerful. Glad i got it cheaper than rrp

By far the best Hoover I have ever bought. It does as it says on the box. Picks up dog and cats fur aswell as bits deep in the carpet so easily.
