I can't say this product is terrible but I can't rave about it either. It does give off a noise that only the dog can hear as I have 3 small Dogs that all bark when the door knocks the one dog looks at it and moves away but it doesn't put them off . This product has reduced some needless barking while My dogs are home alone, but it doesn't work when someone knocks at the door or when we arrive home; they still bark just as much then!

Well, the lights work, but didn't affect my dogs one bit!, the interesting thing is , the noise did affect my daughter, she's 17 and found the noise very high pitch and uncomfortable
