Outstanding result in a week!

I have mild/moderate COPD and was wheezing at night. After just a couple of days the wheezing was almost gone, and now, after just one week of twice-daily use acording to the instructions, my wheezing has stopped and my breathing is noticeably improved.

I have a professional, qualified, medical background. I would not have believed this could make such a difference in such a short time! Will definitely continue regular twice daily use, especially as the muscles involved are no longer a tad sore !!!! (Which showed me it WAS working !!).

You must sit up VERY straight to get the desired effect, but this doesn't stop you watching TV, or walking around while using it! It DOES stop you reading.Read full review

I think it takes a while to get the benefit from using it, but up to now I am using it and it’s getting easier. I think anyone who has really bad breathing or becomes breathless easily would benefit from using this, I would recommend it.

Mild exerciser

I have been using a (different) breathing exerciser for about the past year, but it is rather expensive, so I thought I'd try a cheaper option. After my initial trial it felt ok, but I am just a bit nervous that perhaps it isn't a strong enough exerciser.
