Broke after 3rd use

I was so excited to see receive my package which arrived in a very timely manner I use the micro pen and was pleased on how smooth the machine was it didn't vibrate very much and had nice adjustments however on the third use the button for on off broke it's now stuck in the on position and can no longer change speeds I have to plug it in to the wall to use it and unplug it to shut it off so disappointing could have been a really nice unitRead full review...

This Dermapen is serving me well, and I like that it allows you to easily switch needle lengths. Microneedling can hurt at some needle lengths though, so I recommend buying numbing cream. Also, the first time I tried to turn on this product, I thought I had been sold a dud because it wouldn't work.
