When I took the first one I was a little shaky so I started taking 1/2 tablet twice a day and worked up to the full tablet. I have lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks.

Do NOT! Buy this product made me so sick it's not worth it. not sure if this is safe. I tried day one felt a little sick all day. Day 2 nausea, vomiting, and acid reflux . feels like something is stuck in your throat. Do yourself a favor eat right and walk if don't want to exercise it might save your life. They work!!

I go to the gym and still struggle with weight loss because I love food. Happy, sad, emotional, I eat. These pills completely leave you with loss of appetite like the prescription meds. In the photo they look the same as the proscription pills but they are actually twice as big.. they also do not offer the same effect, in fact I felt nothing from them.. they did not stop my hunger not did I feel any energy, the only thing I did get was a headache.. these are not good quality, I don't suggest them!!Read full review

This was not the right pill. But I didn't let looks desive me. So I tried it anyway. The pill did nothing for me. I changed my eating habits. I exercise. I took as directed and I started off at 189 and I'm still 189. I do not recommend this especially for the price.Read full review
