I share this for the benefit of other suffers from that blessed condition. I have used Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother since September when my gout could fairly be described as disabling. I have taken the vinegar in hot water with honey and lemon daily since that time and the condition which affected both hands and feet is now very nearly a thing of the past. Only one thumb and a finger now a cause minor discomfort. I am optimistic that this too will pass in time.
