Solid, Basic Treadmill
This treadmill gave me what I was looking for. It's easy to assemble in about a half an hour. The construction is solid. There's a battery-powered digital display to time and track your workouts. I also like how it's easy to fold up out of the way when not in use. Unlike some other manual treadmills, you can adjust the incline. The choices are 7%, 8%, and 9% incline. Changing from one setting to another is quick and easy.
Keep in mind this is a *manual* treadmill. So, the walker/runner is doing all the work. There are no casual, low intensity strolls on this machine. If you're on it, you will be working.
I use it primarily for 10-15 minute warm-up sessions before resistance workouts. For that purpose, it fits the bill just right.Read full review

smooth walking
i am not a runner, but i love to walk and this treadmill is a nice smooth comfortable way to walk when you cannot get outdoors for exercise...the lowest incline was a bit much for me so we placed a 2 x 4 under it in order to raise the back end up a little and now it's perfect for me, i can walk longer than 10 mins without my legs feeling like i am climbing a mountain! and it doesn't take my air away so fast from me...i have asthma and copd, so i hate steep hills!!!!! i can walk on the treadmill now about 20 - 25 mins which is certainly better than 10 mins! it does make a little bit of noise but compared to my old treadmill, it's no big deal for me! hope this helps!Read full review

It helps me get the excersise I need. I can't do much but I get on it several times a day for a few minutes at a time and it's helping. It's not to heavy and easy to move around. Excellent Quality & Great Value
This is an excellent little manual treadmill. We purchased it to help recover after a long illness, so it's being used in short 15 minute walking intervals several times a day and not intended to be used for typical longer session aerobic exercise. Interestingly enough, it's actually more of a work-out than you would get on a normal treadmill. I reviewed 4 different similar products before choosing this one and this seller was definitely the best choice.
It comes in a very large box and is heavy, so you might need help. The instructions were easy to follow, parts identified well and I assembled it by myself in about 30 - 40 minutes.
I chose this model because we needed to be able to initially elevate the back to reduce the incline and we were able to do this easily by screwing 3- 2 x 4s together and using some 1 x
1 trim pieces to create a channel for the treadmill's bottom back rod to rest in and finally adding a larger piece of plywood to the bottom to create a more stable base. This way we can gradually increase the incline as leg strength returns. We just used scrap pieces of wood we had and it took all of about 20 min to create.Read full review

Lightweight and Simple
If you're looking for something inexpensive, this treadmill is worth it. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that all the others you see on tv or hear about have, this one is simple enough that all you have to do is start walking on it and it begins the traction.
