Good pan, heavy lid.
This pan is very nice. Larger than most 20 cms pans so can get more in. Nice surface and non-stick working well atm but it is brand new so need to review in 5 yrs. time for proof of quality. Washes well, good cool handle. My only negative is the lid which I think is unnecessarily heavy. I'm getting on a bit so I can't pick the pan up when it is full of contents and with the lid on.Read full review

Disappointment but you get what you pay for
I bought this pan to replace an old expensive Meyer pan, as I was looking for something more environmentally friendly. It's quite light and despite having the pan on full heat Disppointmentwhile making a risotto, it did not cook the ingredients through in the same way. It's probably fine for boiling pasta, warming things up, etc, but is not the heavy guage universal large pan I was looking for.Read full review
