Total Crunch - First Impressions.

product arrived in pre-used packaging as was advised. However the product was "As New" condition. No sign of ever been assembled never mind used. All parts were present still in protective foam and sealed plastic bags. I am a 75 year old male but was able to follow the pictorial instructions and assemble the machine on my own, without help. The recommended exercise sessions are 30 mins. 3 times a week but I found this too ambitious for me. So have started off with multiple 3 minute sessions with 5 mins rest between. Expect this to improve in time with regular workouts. Hard work but good fun to use and you can watch TV at the same time. Good strong,steel construction but easy to fold and store away after use.
