It's great and yes it does work but in the end you have to consider if it's worth spending so much time and effort and money each year or just getting rid of the buxus now that the blight is widespread and vicious all over UK.Read full review

I used this as instructed but I’m not sure if it actually works as I collected over 250 live caterpillars of all sizes and some crystallises over a number of weeks on my small box hedge and only found about 8 black shrivelled caterpillars which I presume are the ones that were killed by the treatment.Read full review

It worked

I have given five stars as it has got rid of the box moth which had eaten its way through two topiary buxus. They looked awful so used two satchets per litre and have applied twice so far and it appears to have worked. I am waiting for new growth to come through but in the meantime all sign of the moth/caterpillars/eggs have gone :) In regards to value for money - this is an expensive item but it would have cost more to replace the topiary trees.Read full review

The only way to control box moth.

There is no alternative to this product. The moth is so destructive and left unchecked can strip a box hedge of every leaf in less than a month. So the cost of this product is almost academic. The only other alternative is to pull the hedge out and replace it with a different plant, which would be far more expensive. Read full review
