This series of books is so wonderful for young readers. I have been reading it with my daughter and totally enjoying all it. They present historical facts but mix it with fun magical details to make you want to keep reading till the end! My daughter is 7 and has been reading some of the books on her own but we also read every other page together or every other chapter depending on what she wants to read.
