Having used an old TOMTOM rider v1 this is a new experience and takes a little getting used to - The "My drive app" for route planning is not as easy as using Tyre (I am on wndows 8.1 and it keeps stopping "my drive" from working)- however - using Tyre does not import the Way points to your TomTom so you cannot mark a way point as visited if you change the route whilst riding. My rides seem to always be saved as "tracks" whereas my friend does his routes on the TomTom screen itself and these are saved as Routes with waypoints - none of this is explained in the Online manual - it also does not seem easy to Bluetooth routes / tracks from one TomTom to another - again this is not detailed in the manual only how you connect a headset or phone - its also unclear how you make your TomTom 410 to be Bluetooth discoverable. Horrible and slow

Nowhere near as easy and fast to use as my old TomTom One. . I bought another TomTom as my old one was about ten years old but I wish I hadn't. . It takes ages to find places and the fast way of putting in the town first then the street then the number has been swapped round. . Meaning if the road isn't on the map then you can't even put in the town. . . Horrible system!!!Read full review

A must for Caravanners and motorhomers.

We added maps of France before setting off and this more than proved itself only getting a little confused once, it kept us out of trouble and we have since added European maps and European campsites to it. We removed a number of foreign languages to create more storage space and added a 32 gig memory card.
