Titan Water Heater

Had one a few years ago and it served us well in Iowa even during the winter months tor kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry in an 1800 sq ft Manufactured Home. Best of course to not be using all hot water faucets at same time. Had plans to move it to a vacation home but that place was flooded during Dorian and everything was destroyed so needed a replacement . Very very glad to have found this out of box excellent unit. We can highly recommend this unit.Read full review

It barely warms the water

I live in Phoenix, AZ. Our water doesn't get that cold. It is only my wife and I living in a 1,000 sqr foot house. We do not shower at the same time. This heater barely gets the water warm. It is really a disappointment as we had the plumbing arranged around this unit thinking it would supply us with nice hot water. It doesn't. I don't know how they got any good reviews but I strongly encourage you to stay away from this product!!!Read full review

My second one

Purchased this model 11 years ago for 179.00. I used it in my business to service 3 bathrooms and one shower. Worked flawlessly. we sold the building and had to leave it behind. Now I just built another building and the titan was first on my list. This new model services 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. I have 4 girls working at the location and they use it all the time. People are amaized at the size of the unit. I have 12" of copper pipe right off the heater then I switch to pex via a shark bite coupling. My old unit worked on a 50 amp breaker but this new one likes a 60amp breaker better. I have it in the equipment room next to the breaker panel and use #8 wire to a dryer plug. I have a dryer piggy tail on the unit itself.
I dont run the hot water faucet wide open. If I do, the temperature is warm to hot. If I restric the water flow slightly, I can have boiling water out of the unit. The slower the water travels, the hotter it gets.
Gone are the days of having 80 gallons of water boiling day and night just to have hot water when needed. Now it heats as it flows.

No Tankless Hot water heater for me.

After using a tankless and regular tank water heater for years, I would not recommend a "Tank less" unless you absolutely need the space. Issues with trying to take a hot shower then someone uses the hot water say, in the kitchen, surprise! Your hot shower turns cold, lol.Read full review

Nice little unit

I had one for about 14 years with only 1 problem the whole time (the thermostat failed which was an easy fix). And now it died recently. That seemed like a reasonable lifetime so now I have another one. This one seems even better with the electronic controls. It's pretty easy to install and for the price you really can't go wrong.Read full review

Good product!

Ran previous N-120 for 8 years. Bought this new one to replace; it went right in and performs great! Just sent the bad one to Niagara Industries for a rebuild so I'll have a spare on hand when this new one goes out. Read full review

A great little water heater that saves you money.

I purchased this for my business doing detoxification footbath therapy. Love this water heater. Instant water & no electricity used between uses. When I closed my business, I gave this to my sister when her water heater broke down. She loves it and it saves her money on electricity.Read full review

"Compact and works perfect"

We replaced our water heater with the Titan N120 tankless water heater and it delivers. We get hot water just as fast and the water is hotter than with the regular water heater. Now to see the savings roll in on our electric bill....Read full review
