You need to take 30-50% more than NDT's such as Nutri-meds that run for $40 . Right now I take 2 pills (130mg each or 2 grains per pill=4 grains) but for Thiroyd-S i need to take up to 5-6 a day . Each pill is less than 1 grain as there's some fillers. However...
