Exactly what it says it is. You get 24GB of data, without any other limitations, and then it dies. (in theory you can top it up afterwards, or you can just buy another). If you don't use all the data, then it dies after 24 months anyway.

Three's network is available with no price extras or usage penalty in LOTS of countries, using the same SIM, no need to reconfigure anything or buy anything extra.

If you travel abroad a lot, and you have, say, a tablet or a phone with a 2nd SIM slot (a surprising number of them have this), get one of these and set the device to get data through it instead of your usual SIM and then you don't get stung with extra data roaming charges.

I use the same pay-as-you-go voice SIM for voice calls & texts that I have used since 2003, in a dual SIM phone. The data comes via one of these, or via wifi. It's a great arrangement.Read full review

I would only recommend this data sim card if you are based in the UK. If you are travelling around europe or being abroad for any length of time it is cheaper to get a local data sim as only 15 out of the 24 GB can be used abroad making each GB significantly more expansive.Read full review

I think that if you make a lot of calls then this isn’t best. I mainly use internet: WhatsApp etc so just having data works great for me. Also the three website was awful to try topping up, more often than not it would say they were fixing the problem...I really hope the got round to it. Read full review

Great data plan for people with low usage requirements

Great SIM card for a prepaid plan. And it works internationally too - brilliant to be connected the minute you step out of the aeroplane. The Three network is not bad in the UK although one still has to beware dark spots.
